Krystal Gordon
Head of Finance and Administration
Krystal keeps RSM People’s finances and administration working like clockwork. But it’s her extensive knowledge of industry awards that clients value most, as she helps them interpret and understand employment conditions.
Krystal’s background in the finance industry involves working for some of Australia’s largest banking institutions, making her highly qualified to oversee our accounts payable, payroll, and general administration. Krystal is currently studying her Diploma in Business majoring in accountancy to further her industry knowledge.
Kirsty Bennett
Operations Support Officer - Bundaberg
With 7 years background in customer service and administration, as well as a certificate IV in Business Administration Kirsty is our Operational Support Officer and is responsible for the day to day running of the Administration and compliance part of the business. Kirsty has also gained good knowledge of RSM recruitment process and now looks after her own client portfolio which includes both Temporary and Permanent recruitment.

Rachael is a capable and reliable individual who has an extensive background in customer service and rural recruitment. Rachael has been working alongside our current recruiters to learn about RSM Peoples largest clients to deliver a professional and personal approach to meet each client’s individual recruitment needs whilst ensuring RSM exceed their expectations. Part of this includes keeping in-touch with our individual employees and clients to deliver a customised approach through-out each contract to ensure they are 100% satisfied and the employees talents and achievements are appreciated.

With ten years of diverse experience in the recruitment industry, Kelly’s standout attribute is her ability to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. For RSM People, she helps to build business and maintain a highly satisfied client base.
Kelly is experienced in recruiting a diverse range of roles, including general labourers and process workers, tradespeople, administration and support staff, management and operational staff, and senior executives. Kelly is in her final year of studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management & Management through Central Queensland University.
