Banked Hours Program

When you’re a casual employee, it’s important to maintain a consistent income. Whether it’s seasonal variations, public holidays or sick days, your pay can change and so too your budget.

The Banked Hours Scheme lets our casual employees accrue hours to be used at a later stage. You can:

• Bank 2, 4 or 6 hours a week
• Collect as little as 1 hour at a time
• Request either a portion or all hours to be paid out at any time

You might bank hours during peak season and then draw on them when major bills are due at Christmas or for other special occasions, you’re in charge.
